CareerTest.my was refined by the Psychology Department at University of Cyberjaya specifically for Malaysian high-school leavers (SPM & STPM) to aid in their selection of university studies. How Does this Test Work?
CareerTest.my uses the RIASEC personality model or commonly called the Hollande Codes. Holland Codes are a set of personality types developed by psychologist John L. Holland in the 1970s by reasoning that people work best in work environments that match their preferences. Personality and work environments can be matched for a best fit.
